or April passwords will now access the
Harmless Games UK Directory.
If your username starts with anything other than
"mar" or "apr" it is now out
of date.
Very occasionally people have problems getting the password
to work
or getting through to the number given.
This is very rare but no less frustrating if it happens to you so what do you do?
There can be two problems with the system.
The first is that you can't connect to the number.
This can be due to bottle-necks or a simple glitch.
If this happens, hang up and try again even if the message
you get is that the number is
"not recognised" but only if you are calling from a UK
based landline.
The second problem you might have is that you listen to
the message, write down the details but then get an
"access denied" error when you enter the details.
What you don't do is telephone the number again - much
as I love the business I only
want you to pay once.
Check the following;
Did you enter all letters as lower case, i.e. no capitals?
Are you entering the correct details for the correct issue?
Each month's details are different, i.e. the April details
will take you
into the April issue only, in the same way as if you
bought a April
magazine you would not expect further magazines
to be future issues thrown in.
If you wish to purchase a subscription to future issues
without having to keep phoning
the number each month then please take a look at the
credit
card access option.
So if you are certain you are trying to access the correct issue and the username and password aren't getting you in, e-mail me with the username and password and the issue number and/or month you are trying to access and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
I must have these details so simply saying, "password
don't work" or inventing a
username and password hoping I will be fooled will not
bring a response.
As I have said the number of people having problems is very small (less than 1%) and usually nothing more than a letter or number misheard which is very easily rectified so please let me know.
Each month's magazine stays posted for a further month - i.e. the April magazine can be accessed for 30 days so don't worry if you pay to access an issue at the end of the month only to find it replaced by the next issue within a few days - you will still have a full month of access to the particular issue you paid for and all updates to the Harmless Games Directory that occur during the following month.
I have changed my credit/debit
card transaction company to a different company called Verotel.
I have been very satisfied with
service I am receiving from them.

None of the above will work now but please note casing as they are important when you receive your details.

each new issue all the time you keep up your subscription.
